Refund Policy

1. All Sales Are Final

All purchases of Creativity Blaster subscriptions, plans, add-ons, upgrades, and any other paid products or services are final. By completing a purchase or starting a paid subscription, you acknowledge and agree that you are not entitled to a refund.

2. No Refunds

Creativity Blaster does not issue refunds for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Change of mind or unused subscription time
• Dissatisfaction with features, results, or performance
• Accidental purchase or duplicate charges that you do not dispute promptly with us as a billing error
• Account suspension or termination for violation of our Terms of Service
• Third-party platform outages, API changes, account bans, or content removals
• Failure to cancel a subscription before a renewal charge

To the maximum extent permitted by law, all fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.

3. Subscriptions and Renewals

Paid subscriptions renew automatically according to the plan you select until you cancel. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period or any prior charges. Access continues through the end of the period already paid for, unless access is terminated under our Terms of Service.

4. Trials and Promotional Access

If a free trial or promotional period is offered, you will not be charged until that period ends (unless otherwise stated at signup). Once a paid charge occurs after a trial or promotion, that charge is final and non-refundable under this policy.

5. Billing Errors

If you believe you were charged in error (for example, a clear duplicate charge for the same purchase), contact us promptly with your account email and transaction details. We may correct verified billing errors at our sole discretion. Contacting us does not guarantee a refund.

6. Consumer Rights

Some jurisdictions provide mandatory consumer rights that cannot be waived by contract. If such laws apply to you and require a remedy that this policy would otherwise exclude, those laws take precedence to the limited extent required. Otherwise, this Refund Policy applies in full.
